Overall the hotel offers all the conveniences for someone visiting for a first time Buenos Aires and loved the soundproofing of the rooms although the common areas are a bit rundown. The dinning and shopping is wonderful and recommend Florida Garden restaurant it is superb!

Gut genug

At the first glance the room looked surprisingly good. However, some other rather small but numerous things spoiled my first impression… starting from the absence of welcome water and ending with the shaky unfixed toilet in my room. “The only remarkably good impression were l left by cleanliness of the room and very nice and helpful staff. Regular routine maintenance is definitely needed there.

We don't understand how Expedia can list this hotel as a 4-star "Upscale hotel". The room was simply gross. Dirty floors, banged up walls, rusty and stained bathroom appliances, desperately in need of vacuuming, cleaning and upgrading. Even the towels were grayish and gross. The soap and shampoo bottles super cheap and difficult to use. This is not what one can expect from a 4-star upscale hotel. The front desk staff on the other hand were super welcoming and curteous.

Ruhiges Hotel in guter Lage. Alles leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren immer Sauber, das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. An der Austattung sollten sie ein wenig arbeiten. Einige Toilettentüren schliessen nicht mehr richtig und auch die Klobrillen sind schon sehr kaputt.
