We had a late flight. Rather than lug our bags along all day and store them we found this hotel for 63 usd. It was a great location near the obelisk. We could relax and do some more sightseeing. The friendly staff and a pool on the roof made it even better. The two issues I had were the room was kind of noisy from the traffic and the a/c was kind of warm. To be fair we were not there long enough to ask for help. Definitely worth what we paid.

There is poorly maintain property, there is no restaurant or bar ( on the web site it says there is ) very uconftable bed and pillows generały bad place would not recommend it to anyone

Such a great location and easy! Close to restaurants and the hop on hop off tour is a one minute walk. Grocery store across the street. Included breakfast is very good with a good selection. Coffee is excellent!

El hotel es una belleza por todas partes, la habitación que me asignaron extraordinaria con amplios espacios. El personal de atención tanto de limpieza, recepción y apoyo fueron excelentes. El único inconveniente en la actualidad es la cantidad de personas en los alrederores pidiendo plata, pero esto es ajeno al hotel, pero para que lo piense la gente que lleva niños.

Avoid this hotel!
Our experience at this hotel was a profound disappointment. The service was atrocious and when there are customer service incidents, they refuse to rectify the situation. The hotel is clean and safe, but overpriced compared to other nearby hotels of this quality. Most people from the US wouldn’t think of it as “4 stars” or “all suites” — beware. You can stay at the same quality hotel for half the price nearby (such as the Grand King, which I also stayed at and found excellent) or at better hotels for the same price. Overall, avoid the Broadway and spare yourself some disappointment.

The hotel was fine, but they closed the swimming pool just before we arrived. There was no information about this on the website. This was very disappointing, especially because the weather was lovely and warm during our stay. We wouldn't have gone if we had known the pool would be closed. Is it really too much to ask to state on the website that the swimming pool will close for the season on a certain date?

Jonathan, la piscina es solo para temporada de verano, cerro el 20/3, dado que en Bs As tuvimos fuertes lluvias y comenzo el descenso de temperatura (otoño). La terraza esta habilitada de todas maneras. Lamento que no haya sido de su agrado la atencion, pero nos manejamos asi todos los años

Beautiful property, super convenient, great value
Rooms are huge! The pool on the roof is really nice too. The staff is super helpful and will follow up with tours or bookings if you need advice on things in the city to do. Easy walking distance to bus stops, many cafes and shops, metro stops.

At the time of staying, aircon didn't work, took 3 days to sort it out. facilities are minimal, towel rail, loo roll holder, socket cover (quite a safety hazard) in the shower broken no one cares

Es raro lo que comenta ya que nuestras habitaciones cuentan con ventanales de doble vidrio, y especificamente sobre este punto nunca hemos tenido comentarios negativos. En cambio si alguna hab vecina fue de mas ruidosa, no lo hemos sabido en el momento como para solicitar que hagan silencio. Saludos

We stayed here for 3 nights and we love that it is in the city center. Close proximity to the shows. Pleasant staff as well.. Room decor could use an upgrade but overall nice stay in Buenos.

The hotel is an older building that has been updated. However, our room smelled of mold when the air conditioning was running. With temperatures of 37C turning it off was not an option. The unit & filter probably needed cleaning. We both developed coughs. Kelley on the front desk was extremely helpful & spoke beautiful English
