Edificio nuevo. Ubicado en la zona de Juncal y Austria, barrio Recoleta uno de los barrios más elegantes de Buenos Aires, sitio de cultura, arte, alta costura, parques, vida nocturna y ocio, todo a pasos del apartamento.

Amplio, ofrece un dormitorio con cama matrimonial standart, baño completo en suite, en la sala hay adicional un Diván cama con otra cama carro extraíble y que eleva a la misma altura, para eventual ocupación.
Un toilette en la sala de estar, para brindar mayor confort. Amplios ventanales aportan gran luminosidad.
Posee TV por cable, Internet con WI-FI. Muy buena Calefacción central y aire acondicionado en la sala y en el dormitorio además de un Ventilador de techo en el dormitorio.

En un radio de pocas cuadras se concentran grandes parques, centros deportivos, los principales museos como el Palais de Glace, Museo Malba y el de Bellas Artes, el Centro Cultural Recoleta, entre otros caracterizando este barrio por su importante oferta cultural. Caminando pocos metros se alcanza la Plaza Francia, que presenta un ambiente típicamente parisino, con sus cafés en las aceras y sus artistas urbanos.
