About this property

Apartamento de 2 Dormitorios, Confort y Precio

  • A comfortable and cosy apartment with two separate bedrooms and a touch of authentic design. It can accommodate up to 5 (five) people and is located on a quiet street, just a few metres from the station.
    The apartment has two separate bedrooms, providing plenty of privacy for guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, heat/cool air conditioning, a spacious closet, and other furniture and accessories. We also provide a cot. The second bedroom has two (2) single beds and a closet. Both bedrooms are bright and well-ventilated. The living room, with its modern and fun decor, features heating, a spacious and comfortable sofa bed, a SMART LED TV, a DVD player, a home theatre system (with connectivity to electronic devices), a desk, and other furnishings. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything needed for six people and is perfect for cooking enthusiasts. The full bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
    Check-in is from 2:30 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m. (noon). If we do not have guests checking out and checking in on the same day, we can move up check-in or delay check-out, but this must be confirmed the day before.
    ADDITIONAL FEES: For check-in after 10:00 PM or check-out before 8:00 AM, a fee of US$10 will be charged for each occurrence, as applicable.

It was a Great experience been able to meet with Ms. Paola and Sergio. They both are excellent people. I really loved the apt and the area as well.

Hermoso departamento, en un barrio tranquilo. Al estar cerca la estación de Coghlan es mucho mas sencillo llegar a varios puntos de interés en la ciudad. Sergio y Paola excelentes personas y buenos anfitriones sin duda. It's a beautiful and conformable apartment in a such quite neighborhood. Having the train station next door had made easy to move over the city and meet the main attractions. No doubt that Sergio and Paola are great hosts.
