Gegend ist relativ zentral, bzw in der Nähe vom Kongress. Ansonsten ist es im Vergleich zu Palermo nicht besonders schön oder sauber. Im Hotel an sich findet man kein englische sprechendes Personal, das WiFi funktioniert ca 5h am Tag (habe alles im McDonald's in der Nähe geklärt). Die Zimmer sind für Europäer runtergerockt, alt und abgenutzt, und dreckig (Rost, Staub, Schimmel vor allem im Bad). Besser ein Hostel nehmen!

Great location with lots of restaurants around. Close to the metro and lots of bus routes. Basic breakfast and basic room with towels, soap and shampoo. Very helpful staff although no one spoke any English.

Cannot even stay in the hotel for one more night.

We booked for 2 nights and can’t even stay one more night... we change another hotel. They didn’t change the bed sheets we can even see the hairs still on the bed sheet. The bathroom is small. The water runs everywhere in the bathroom. The shower curtain cannot block the water. There are no bath towels provided. My room is on the first floor and the window doesn’t have any acoustic effect. You can hear pretty well when a car passed by even when people are talking ok the street. The room location is pretty weird...the rooms are location at the fire exit staircase.

Por el valor pagado es un buen hotel, buena ubicación, lugar limpio y agradable.. lo único malo la atención de las dos señoritas de recepción.. las mandaria hacer un curso de atención al cliente, el joven todo lo contrario amable y gentil.

Para dormir está bien

No servía el wifi fi y me fue difícil regular el agua de la regadera! Pedí una frazada más y me dijeron que no tenían , 2 días después bajé a las 3 a.m. a suplicar por una frazada y la chica me dijo que no y casi casi la obligue a que me la buscara y así fue como me la dio. Como el wi-fi no servía en el 4to piso en la madrugada bajé a buscar señal y me dijeron que no podía estar en el loobie. El caso es que me fui del hotel un día antes !

Chambre sale avec plein de bout de pain dans le lit, à croire que les draps n'ont pas été changé , lavabo qui fuit(personnel informé le lendemain et qui voulait nous changer de chambre donc agréable ) très bruyant, personnel peu aimable excepté un homme présent le matin, petit déjeuner très limité, wifi très aléatoire, pas de pression dans la douche et peu d'eau chaude

Horrible

La recepcionista no nos explicó nada. No nos dio la bienvenida. Nos habló mal porque se trabó el ascensor (no anda nunca), el desayuno mezquino y cero atención. Se escuchan todos los ruidos.

Las habitaciones tenían las sabanas rotas, había cigarrillos en el piso, pelos por diferentes partes del piso, realmente una experiencia horrible que espero no tener que volver a vivir. Además reservamos una habitación con cama matrimonial y me dieron una doble. Realmente no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Bueno, el precio es una ganga, muy bueno el servicio, solo el ascensor (no me pareció tan seguro), el baño del cuarto es bien modesto, el desayuno continental buenísimo ; en términos generales es más de lo que vale su precio; estoy conforme. Gracias!!!!

Cama confortable

La habitación tenia todo lo necesario, solo que el vano era muy pequeño, y no tenia ducha ni videt, por lo que al bañarse mojaba todo el mobiliario. El colchón cómodo, y los pasillos un poco ruidosos.
