"When we checked in, the staff was nice. We went to our room and it was clean. But, the carpet in the lobby and down the halls was very old and stained, dirty. "The house is in a quiet neighborhood & the train really was never a problem. The issues we had are mostly safety. There is no handrail to go up & down the front steps, the lighting is minimal so nighttime can be an issue walking to & from the car & climbing up the stairs. The floors are a bit wonky ..."
