I've stayed many time here, and always find it nice and clean. I can honestly recommend it to anyone. Only negative comment is, it took a long time to get hot water to the shower.

Plumbing was a little loud and for some reason the room was warm even though it was snowing outside and the room heat was turned off but those were very minor points. Overall, the property was excellent for our needs.

The room and lobby was nicely decorated - The owner was there and was very nice to visit with! - Breakfast was also very good!! Bed was soft but still firm!! I was very pleased with the entire place !! And the town of Salida is a very nice little town !!

The owners/staff were cooperative and helpful in making our very late arrival go smoothly. The inn is pleasant, shows a personal touch and mountain/wood theme. The room was also pleasant.

Best value for under $100 anywhere! We love the cozy outdoor theme as you walk in. Everything was clean and in working order. Breakfast choices were solid and the staff (Mathew) super helpful and nice. Great stay!

Very spacious living room with adjoining kitchen and a murphy bed which was cleverly positioned behind a couch. Very comfortable bedroom which has plenty of space for suitcases and a nice balcony which has an ample area for sitting or keeping skis safe.

We always enjoy staying at Brown's Canyon Inn. The owner is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nourishing and it is a decent cup of coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub too.

The property is owned by a wonderful couple who keep it up to their standards. This is the second time we have stayed there and we have enjoyed it. The continental breakfast has some great choices. Other guest we have talked to have loved staying there as well. Good value.

This is a clean, comfortable and affordable establishment. It is updated, has a nice breakfast, has friendly staff and is located conveniently off the highway. I would stay here again, it is safe and fits my budget.

Best family-run hotel to stay at in Salida. Staff was friendly, and breakfast had lots of options. Rooms were quiet. Bathrooms are a little small. Place is super clean.
