"Our family of five was very pleased with this clean, inviting, in-town cabin in Buena Vista. It was set in amongst several beautiful, towering Blue Spruce trees. It offered mountain cabin coziness with in-town convenience. Both of the two bedrooms were large, clean, and very pleasant. Many large, screened windows allowed us to enjoy fresh mountain air. There was plenty of room in the living room for the two twin beds at the end. The large dining table set in front of a big picture window was very convenient. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry area were very clean and well appointed. I particularly appreciated the large well-lit mirror with cabinet top and makeup mirror outside the main bathroom. It was very helpful for getting ready in the morning. Since the cabin is set in a neighborhood you could easily walk to stores. The outdoor space surrounding the cabin consists of a large, gravel driveway, a rock & pinecone front yard and a side patio. We used the patio each morning and evening. We would stay here again!"

"Wonderful little house - my family truly enjoyed our weekend there and it had all the necessities you could need! Having access to a 2 car garage with a 2nd fridge was fantastic! Just a couple small things - the carpets really need a good deep clean and there was a light out in the 2nd bathroom. Drain in the 2nd bathroom drained really slow which left you standing in an inch or 2 of water while you showered. We cleaned a lot of hair out of it with one of those plastic drain snakes which helped some. Fan in the 2nd bathroom desperately needs to be vacuumed and the hot water knob for the shower needs to be replaced."

"Charlie and Kait are wonderful Hosts! Even provided thoughtful "extras" such as wine, mints, movies, books, etc.Communication was excellent with several checks to ensure all was well and we were happy with everything (which we were).Charlie was quite responsive and helpful when we had a small issue with showering; he showed us the mechanics of how the system worked: issue resolved. Very friendly and fun to talk with.....Thanks, Charlie!The unit itself is nicely put together; quite spacious and well appointed. Cannot say enough about the fantastic patio and backyard that are there for the exclusive use of the visitors; spent a good deal of time just loving life in the quiet, peaceful environment provided. Grass, trees, a small "creek" and access to Cottonwood creek made for a pleasant stay.As an added bonus, Main Street was a short one mile walk away and over 10 restaurants were within easy walking distance.Overall, a great experience, one we hope to repeat should the fates allow."
