Nett, aber mit Verbesserungspotential

Das Haus war insgesamt nett, aber schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Leider waren viele Küchenutensilien beschädigt oder unvollständig, was das Kochen erschwerte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich leider schwierig – aber es wurden Lösungen gefunden.Ein großer Minuspunkt waren die zusätzlichen Nebenkosten, die im Vorfeld nicht transparent angegeben wurden. Für zwei Tage mussten wir rund 100  extra zahlen, was wir als unangemessen hoch empfanden. Eine frühzeitige und offene Information hierzu hätte viel Frust vermeiden können.Schade, denn das Haus hätte mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt und besserem Service einen deutlich besseren Eindruck hinterlassen.

Déçu très déçu

Nous avons loués pour deux nuits Nous sommes arrivés le soir la maison était glacée Pour la réchauffer cela a fallu attendre jusqu'au lendemain. Deux enfants sont tombés très malade ! Dans l'annonce c'est mentionner pour 18 personnes mais malheureusement la chambre qu'il y a au niveau des combles avec deux grands lits et deux lits a 90 est inexploitable car impossible d'y dormir en dirait qu'il y a une climatisation on a l'impression que l'on dort dans une chambre froide donc les 5 personnes qui devaient dormir dans cette chambre n'ont pas pu A l'arrivée le propriétaire m'a demandé que ma caution me sera restituer après vérification du compteur de gaz et d'électricité . Au. Final le fuel s'est rajouté et cela m'a été facturé pour un total entre l'électricité le gaz le fuel a 150 eur pour 35h d'occupation du gîte. Sans que le propriétaire me commîmes tarif au m2 et aucune précision pour le fuel qui lui a été facturé à 96 eur Nous n'avons pas pu profiter ni du sauna ni du hammam car ils fonctionnent pas. Effectivement le propriétaire nous a proposé un autre sauna qui se trouvait dans un autre immeuble accolé à la maison mais impossible de l'utiliser car l'autre maison n'était pas chauffée et encore une fois deux enfants sont vraiment tombés malades sur place et 3 adultes dès le lendemain où nous avons quitté l'hébergement. Nous sommes très déçus de cette expérience vraiment.

Description du gîte non conforme à la réalité

Pas d'eau dans le jacuzzi - hammam pas en service - billard seulement pour enfant (+/- 1 m de long) - tv inutilisable malgré coup de fil au propriétaire + email (pas d'explication / fourbi de fils à l'arrière / 4 télécommandes !) - installation de robinetterie inexistante au bar - ustensiles de cuisine beaucoup trop limités - seuls 3 becs de la gazinière fonctionnent - Aucune explication en français (pour la gazinière, le lave vaisselle) Côtés positifs : suffisamment de la place à l'intérieur pour 18 personnes - frigos et congel en suffisance - endroit TRES calme

De ruimte is groot genoeg, maar voelde in tegenstelling tot de foto’s als een soort jeugdherberg. Sauna werkte niet, jacuzzi zag er niet fris uit, matig sanitair en een kapotte doucheslang bij het bad en een niet functionerende douche. Eigenaar zou op zaterdag komen kijken naar de sauna maar dat is volgens mij niet gebeurd. Afstandsbediening TV werkte ook niet. Na veel gedoe toch tv aan de praat gekregen. Zit ruimte is nog enigszins gezellig en er is spel materiaal. De ligging is mooi. Afhandeling borg en restitutie annulering 1e nacht (op tijd) niet vlot. In het andere huis was ook een grote familie. We hebben in overleg afspraken kunnen maken voor het gebruik van de tuin. Zij gingen grillen en wij uit eten. Voor beide groepen in de tuin is geen ruimte. Kortom prijs niet in verhouding met de kwaliteit dus niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Gelukkig waren we met een fijn gezelschap

Familienzeit

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Das Objekt ist aber wohl eher etwas für Jugendgruppen oder ähnliches. Die Küche ist eine Gewerbeküche , wobei die Ausstattung unzureichend ist und Küchengeräte nicht funktionierten. Schade war auch das die ausgeschriebene Sauna,wie auch der Hamam nicht zur Verfügung standen . Platz ist ausreichend zur Verfügung. Im Aufenthaltsraum kann man schön mit einer großen Gruppe sitzen. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt, es ist aber so, dass der Vermieter noch eine Kaution/ Energiekosten verlangt.

Chouette logement pour week-end entre amis

Le logement correspond tres bien aux photos. Il y a plein de choses pour s’occuper en cas de mauvais temps à l’intérieur et les environs sont très beaux pour y faire des balades Rien à redire pour la propreté Petit bémol pour notre séjour, le Hammam ne fonctionnait pas donc bien faire vérifier avant d’arriver Sinon tout s’est très bien déroulé et l’hôte est très joignable

Pas mal d occupation a faire dans le logement ( jacuzzi, hammam, sauna , baby foot, billard, jeux de fléchettes , ping pong , jeux de société ) 3 salles de bain + 1 douche c était top .
