"There were bugs on the bed and pillow, and the bedding had stains that made it look unwashed. I asked to shorten my reservation to one night, but a male staff member told me no and said there was nothing he could do. Later that same day, I found more bugs on the bed and decided to check out a day early without a refund just to leave the hotel. At that point, another front desk employee suddenly offered to change my room. The second room was not much better, the door looked like it had been...
