Si tratta di un bell'appartamento, in zona silenziosa, con un suggestivo affaccio sul mare; ovviamente è necessario essere muniti di un mezzo di trasporto distando a diversi chilometri dalle spiagge più vicine. Credo che nel futuro questi appartamenti dovranno munirsi di un climatizzatore, anche se la zona, il più delle volte è stata ventosa

Siamo veramente soddisfatti di questo appartamento perchè all'interno di un mini complesso silenzioso, elegante e molto confortevole. La posizione è fantastica perchè in 7 minuti si è sulla collina di Budoni da cui si gode di vista mare spettacolare e fresco bellissimo la sera. L'appartamento è arredato benissimo in stile sardo, è dotato di tutto (acnhe di zanzariere!!!) e la cura dell'ospite ci è stata sempre garantita anche se non ne abbiamo avuto mai bisogno!

LO CONSIGLIO

L'appartamento verde al piano terra dove abbiamo soggiornato è molto carino e confortevole, bellissimo il terrazzo con lo scorcio sul mare (con la vista dell'alba fantastica). I locali sono seminuovi molto puliti e non manca nulla se non l'aria condizionata (è stata dura riposare di notte ma quest'anno è stato un eccezione). Si raggiungono moltissime spiagge meravigliose con al max un'oretta di strada ma bisogna essere ben predisposti ad utilizzare sempre la macchina! ZONA FANTASTICA E APPARTAMENTO MOLTO CARINO!

ottimo appartamento !

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei tre appartamenti tra fine giugno ed inizio luglio, il nostro appartamento era al primo piano con ampia terrazza e splendida vista mare. Situato a 3km da Budoni, zona molto tranquilla, lontano dal traffico, un oasi di pace. Appartamento pulito e curato, servizi offerti molto validi, è dotato di tutti gli strumenti necessari per una bella vacanza! Da consigliare assolutamente!

Vacanza fantastica

Appartamento come da annuncio, spazioso, pulito e attrezzato. Supermercato e ogni tipo di negozi a pochi minuti di auto. Posizione ottimale x raggiungere numerose spiagge nei dintorni. Abbiamo passato 2 settimane fantastiche. Grazie a Marco e alla Signora Maria x l'accoglienza e i consigli sui locali dove poter mangiar prodotti tipici e buon pesce.

TRANQUILLITA'....A DUE MINUTI DA TUTTO

Appartamento ampio, nuovo e luminoso, ottimo per una coppia o per 4 persone. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione: l'appartamento infatti si trova sul colle Maiorca, con vista mare e posto auto, a soli 2 minuti di auto da Budoni. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Vacanza bellissima!

vacanza bellissima! abbiamo soggiornato nel trilocale per due settimane, l'appartamento molto bello, comodo e pulito gode di un'ottima posizione per raggiungere i bellissimi posti della zona. I proprietari sono sono dimostrati molto cordiali e disponibili. Sicuramente ci ritornerò!

Giugno in Sardegna

Appartamento identico alle foto, pulito, accogliente e funzionale, salvo qualche piccolo difetto come materasso scomodo e televisore non funzionante (ma che a noi non è importato). Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre presente al bisogno. Zona molto tranquilla, adatta a famiglie e agli amanti del relax e del silenzio, anche se molto vicina (soli 5 minuti di auto) al paese, che ha tutti i servizi di cui uno ha bisogno. Inoltre si può usufruire della piscina del residence, a venti metri dall'appartamento. È una zona ideale per spostarsi, sia a nord che a sud. Ringraziamo molto, a presto! Famiglia Bresciana.

Ottimo appartamento, vista stupenda e accoglienza splendida. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e simpatia (con un bel vassaoi di pasticcini!!!) Arredamento stupendo e pulizia eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Da non perdere. LORIS
