"客室は清潔。ベッドやソファー、シャワー温度なども快適。設備や調度品は非常に良い。部屋も広い。 設備を保つためのスタッフによる、サポートは少ない。apartment hotelなので、過度なサービスを私は求めない。だが、もう少し親身にサポートしてほしかった。WiFiはしばしば途切れ、こちらから何度も言わないと二日間繋がらない時もあった。"

"Still under construction(=new) Elevators are out of order(going up and down to 3rd floor with luggage is a bit off ). You need to slam the door to lock the door to the room. Very close to FRA terminal 2. Newly developing area so nothing much happening but good if you are arriving late and leaving early from the airport. The staff there was friendly and helpful. So once all the work done it’ll be better I think."
