The place was immaculate and had lots of nice touches. The chocolates on each pillow and the lights upon entry was welcoming. I appreciated the coffee pods each day. Couldn't have been in a more convenient location. Single tram ride from the main train station.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for three nights in one of the apartments by myself and felt very safe as a single woman travelling by myself. Staff are friendly and accommodating, helping with queries and recommendations. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the quality of the food. I would stay definitely again.

The staff were the shining stars of Opera Garden. They were more than excellent. Friendly, always with a smile. Breakfast staff were patient and kind even when stressed. Location was good. Quiet enough but still central. Rooms were big and great for families. They had great little touches: providing cots and even pushchairs for our little one, free tea/mulled wine and biscuits/nibbles for guests. These really do count and make you feel cared for. The cons are the bed mattresses aren't great, the pillows sunk in when laid on too, not the best for anyone with back or neck concerns. Also, breakfast area is too small for peak times, need some planning or nudges so that people spread out more. The breakfast has a selection, but food quality wasn't great either. Overall would recommend as it's still a great place.
