The K46 apartments are in a perfect location to explore the city . Plenty of bars ,restaurants , shops and cafes nearby The team at K46 where so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which is a bonus. Can't praise this place enough . Apartment was spotless and kitchen area had everything you require for self-catering.

To me, this property is mislabeled as “K46 Residence.” It sounds like a VRBO-type property where there’s self-check-in, no staff onsite, etc. It’s actually a hotel with a 24x7 desk. We had one of the smaller rooms, but it was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Bedding was iffy; the pillows were small and lumpy. Close to the Metro. Many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores in easy walking distance.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Close to many shops and restaurants. Perfectly size apartment for 3 people and amenities provided are very useful. Cons: The church bell will ring very loudly at 6am as it is near the church so it will wake you up. The smell of the bedroom wall is very unpleasant. There were extra charges that were not mentioned during the booking. Not excessive but still good if mentioned. The sofa bed was uneven so uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, I'd still give it a 4 stars because they weren't major issues. I'd give it 5 if the bedroom wall is replaced with a non-smelling wall paper.

The apartment was clean and of a great size for 3 bedroom apartment, check in was relatively straight forward and was easy to store luggage early. Location is excellent, thought was going to be good when booked and it truly was. Close to great coffee, cafes, restaurants, bars, yet thanks to apartments being set back from road apartment was very quiet (great sleep had!) Would stay again.

The K46 is a great place to stay convenient for accessing all of Budapest but plenty to do right outside the door. It was clean and quiet with an outstanding staff to help with any questions we had. The only qualm my family had was with the AC not being quite up to American standards but after talking with other travelers while out and about from the US, that’s par for the course so I can’t hold that against them. I highly recommend it to anyone and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was spotless. Everything was in working order. The location was convenient to restaurants and public transportation. There was an unexpected 50 euro charge for taxes. Air-conditioning worked fine.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment, it was older and more worn off than on pictures (thought the building seems new), maybe due to not maintaining it well, or inconsiderate guests, but some things can be easily fixed, for example a mark on the wall. The apartment itself was very nice, spacious, 2 bathrooms, towels and tolieteries provided. The location was great too, close to buses that runs directly to many attractions and to train station Keleti. The staff is very nice, helpful and accommodating, the cleaning ladies went above and beyond to help us find stuff we left behind. Overall, great value for the money.

Ideally located, near everything we needed and the main attractions / bars / restaurants. Around a 20 minute walk to the Danube. Would definitely stay again! Only notable issue was the shower - it wouldn’t stay facing down and therefore would splash the bathroom walls and the floor, we had to hold it the whole time while showering.

I picked this hotel due to location and the fact that we were arriving in the evening to Budapest and we wanted an actual person to deal with for check in. 24 hour staff onsite was very much appreciated. There are several cafes and restaurants on the street and more within walking distance. The room was nice clean, modern and spacious (as it is depicted in the photos). Only thing I would say is maybe a few more essentials for the kitchen, like paper towel, a small water jug to put water in to keep in the fridge and a better coffee machine. We had a drip coffee machine that was missing a few parts to properly operate it(again super minor things) Otherwise I would stay there again.
