So this is a great hotel..It's location is perfect for all visitors. It is a 10-12 minute walk from the last stop of the Airport Shuttle Bus 100E. (Highly recommend) The hotel itself is grand and welcoming. Great first impressions on arrival. The pictures of the room don't do it justice. I was expecting less but it was modern and perfect. Lovely and cool in the warm weather and shower pressure exceptional. One minute walk from Metro. I would stay again.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Budapest and within easy reach of many of the main sights and attractions. I was warly welcomed and on arrival by friendly staff. Although I had booked the half-board meal options, I said I would skip the dinner on the first night and the staff kindly offered to move the meal to the following lunch, which was most helpful. The room was clean and quiet, the bed comfy and the bathroom modern. The hotel is well maintained and larger than I was expecting. Two small notes of opportunities to improve; 1) the bedroom curtains could be blackout and wider to block light, 2) the evening dinner was average with opportunity to be better. I would happily stay again - the friendly/ helpful staff and room comfort were standout points for me.

This hotel was incredibly beautiful and provided a very comfortable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was conveniently located in the heart of all the major attractions, making everything within walking distance. There were also many restaurants nearby if we needed a quick snack or drink, which were all just a short walk away from the hotel. I highly recommend this place; it has everything you need for a great vacation. Plus, there’s a rooftop restaurant with great views and drinks.

Friendly helpful staff, very clean in public spaces and room, comfy superking bed, good shower, good breakfast, great location. Really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Only comment and lower star relates to the quality of finish on the room. We had a superior room at the front of the hotel. The room was huge, and clean, just a little dated with some worn/damaged fittings and tired carpet. As a space to sleep rest and get ready it was fine, but to truly claim a superior room status it really needs updating.

Excelent hotel

Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were confortable, the breakfast was great. The spa area was nice, but the swiming pool was closed for renovation. The bar at the rooftop had a nice view. The region around is walkable with many options

The hotel is perfectly situated, close to the main attractions. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. We had booked the hotel due to its location but also for the sky bar. However we were very disappointed to be told it had been closed, 'for several years'. A quick check of two booking sites shows it to be included and giving the impression of being open. This needs to be amended. There is even a sign near the foyer in reception with the opening times! We also found the air conditioning system to be very antiquated. Either hot or cold with no happy medium. There was also clearly an issue with a fire alarm sensor. Repeated phone calls to our room whenever deodorant was used became irritating, particularly after I had asked reception to check it out. The lack of tea / coffee was also disappointing, and to be told there were no milk cartons available was laughable. All in all, this hotel is perfect for a budget stay and great for its location, but the lack of small detail leaves it a 6/10 for us.

Great location! The best with the hotel is the location! Nice modern rooms! Very good breakfast. They have nice terrace with the view but was closed during our 3 days stay, very unfortunate since we booked the hotel for the location and the terrace. There was no info about this during my booking:( I complained to the reception but with no luck or compensation
