Beautiful hotel in a very private but well located area of Budapest. The customer service from every single person was beyond expectations. The hotel's room was beautiful, spacious, clean, huge bathroom, Netflix in your tv and daily delicious breakfast. I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone who works there. I felt safe as i traveled alone, please know that you will love your stayed with hotel collect. I can't wait to come back. Thank you hotel collect for everything, you are truly amazing.

Small intimate, boutique hotel. Adults only which makes the place nice and quiet. The location is perfect. Close to everything - shops, restaurants, areas of interest and the hotel is across the road from a small park. You're in the city, heart of everything but at the same time, you have that neighbourhood feel to it. Our room was very spacious on the top floor. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and it had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included. It had a good selection of pastries, cereal, fruit, nuts, coffee, juice etc. I highly recommend this hotel to those wanting a quiet place to stay.

Hotel Collect is ideally located for numerous sightseeing options, transport facilities, shops, bars, restaurants and scenery. It's placed on a park which is a beautiful little park, incredibly clean and surrounded by lovely local restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel itself is small and unassuming from the outside however, inside it feels luxurious. We were placed in a court yard view room which was a good size however, it was quite dark in the room itself and it didn't feel possible to have the curtains all the time due to it being eye level with the court yard and there were building works next door. We had issues with the coffee machine tripping the electrics so we didn't get the chance to use this. The TV only has neflix and other apps (if you want to log in to a hotel room and forget about it like the previous residents) so it would have been nice to have local TV options too. The breakfast options were good, it's continental but as a vegetarian there were enough options for a nice breakfast before heading out. The staff were stand out at being very friendly and welcoming. I unfortunately did not get the name of the staff member who checked us in - she advised that she had been living in Budapest for four years and her recommendations were great, she was very attentive and happy to go through all the details with you upon arrival. Highly recommended stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and wish we had been staying longer. Exceptional service, great style and vibe and a very convenient location. We had booked this one night stay as a consequence of our travel plans changing and needing an extra night in Budapest. It ruined the rest of our trip as the bar was set so high! Just loved this hotel and our room, no 15, was so spacious and glorious. When we come back to Budapest it will be here x

Fantastic & personal hotel, great location
Stayed here early Jan with my husband. First time in Budapest. Fantastic central location, got the bus from the airport (100e) and dropped us about 200m from the hotel. Very welcoming check in. Beautiful room, very spacious, huge comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend 👍
