Welcome to our charming, traditional-style house with a large garden, lovingly renovated and equipped with modern amenities.

It offers a total of 140 m² of living space, 105 m² of which is located on the ground floor.

Here you will find two bedrooms, one large and one smaller, each with a king-size bed.

The living room, with its original stucco work and beautiful bay window, is a highlight of the house. Thanks to the "old-fashioned" blinds, which can not only be pulled down but also folded out, it guarantees a cool climate in the summer! In case of extreme heat, you can use the three modern inverter air conditioning units in the living room and the two downstairs bedrooms for a small daily fee.

A very fast Wi-Fi internet connection and a digital Samsung Smart TV with more than 250 channels are provided free of charge, ensuring you always stay connected.

The high-quality Chippendale bedroom, where you can relax in a sophisticated atmosphere, is a true eye-catcher. We will gladly provide a baby cot in this room upon request.

If you would like to book the house for five or six people, we can also open the 35 m² attic room, which contains two single beds that can be pushed together.

The kitchen is fully equipped for six people and includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, a four-burner ceramic hob with convection oven, sink, large worktop, dishwasher, extractor hood, and a dining area.

The bathroom features a washbasin, a vanity unit with mirror, a hairdryer, and an extra-large, nearly level-entry shower (100 x 100 cm) with massage jets and a ventilation system.

A separate toilet and a hallway with a large wardrobe complete your holiday home.

A large garden with a terrace and garden furniture invites you to relax. Parking on the enclosed property is available free of charge.

Leave your car safely on the property and take advantage of the excellent transport links for your stroll around Budapest.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
