The hotel feels stuck in the 80s. Decor of the whole place is fairly grim. Rooms are big but we had no working fridge, tea or coffee making facilities or functioning air con. The air con turned on but sure as hell didn't do much and mostly smelled of cigarettes. As it was 35 degrees outside that was the major disappointment. Also the fuse box in the room tripped at least 2 times a day so we plunged into darkness randomly. On the plus side, the shower we had was good and when we got a fan from reception to cool us down both slept well. As for breakfast, we just didn't bother going again after trying it once. Better off going elsewhere in area.

Uselt bemötande av personalen och hotellet var inte alls den standard som utlovats! Poängterade flera ggr att det var alldeles för varmt på rummet, ac var avstängd, inget varmvatten, inte fräscht, efter poängterade brister erbjöds vi först ett rum, sedan ett annat! Det var knappt nägra gäster eftersom de bygger om och renoverar! Har haft bättre service på vandrarhem!

La struttura ha veramente poca pulizie aparte che non e quello che c'è in foto... troppo sporco!! Aparte che dice che c'è il garage e poi ci siamo trovati che e solo si c'è disponibilita per che loro affitano a persone che non si ospitano e per quello non c'è parcheggio e scomodo si se ha la machina !!!

This is not a 4 star property. It is like a 2.5 star. We booked two rooms, one room was outdated with no outlets, the other room was a little better and more updated. The lobby is not very inviting and needs a lot of work.

Hotel éloigné du centre-ville.27° de température dans ma chambre m'obligeant à dormir la fenêtre ouverte en plein hiver pendant 5 nuits. Hôtel pas écologique pour chauffer à ce point les chambres. Petit-déjeuner minimaliste avec des employés peu accueillants.Draps pas changés pendant 4 nuits et chambre pas faite malgré mes nombreuses réclamations.Donc je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n'y retournerai pas.

This hotel is definitely do not meet standards of 4 star hotel. The location is ok, little bit out of the city center but good. The room is big, but kind of old, but nice. BUT the bathroom... Old, really smelly and not really clean. Hotel was full of young people, who get every night drunk and make noise until 3 oclock. Was not possible to sleep there. Breakfast was really basic. What i find positive was the friendly and helpful staffs.

Hotel osceno, sporco, gestito male, accoglienza rigida e maleducazione del personale sono le prime cose da sottolineare. Le stanze sono sporche e la colazione è pressochè ridicola. Cari guest, se volete soggiornare in un 4 stelle questo è una truffa! È un locale a una stella, pessimo in tutto.
