"Room was clean and very vintage like, simple but had what I needed.
Just wish they had bottled water to drink or to use for tea/coffee facilities.
Prime location - for all attractions on the Buda side, and easy access & paths to get to the (Pest) side for all other sights.
Happy with the amenities and staff service.
All good, only real feedback is -
Maybe get Tv's in the room and some soft drinks in the room fridge for guests (for those who don't drink alcohol).
Overall good stay for...

"This was an enjoyable stay. The hotel public areas are beautiful. Most staff were delightful. Overall the stay was very good. Areas for improvement would include the attitude of the spa staff who I found to be dismissive. Our room was very good but spoilt by a few minor issues such as the bath plug not working resulting in you having to try to lift the plug with your fingernails because the circular mechanism to open/close the plug was not working. The male room cleaner knocking on our door at 9am asking when we would be leaving our room. Clearly in a hurry to complete his rounds. The breakfast was very good apart from our third day when the hotel appeared to be full of Viking river cruise guests and as a result the breakfast service was very poor. Finally, communication between staff needs to be improved as when I came to settle our account, we had been charged for an additional breakfast we did not have and the Spa which after discussion with a senior manger should have been complimentary. The female member of staff on duty on the reception was exceptionally helpful and thorough resulting in the discrepancies being addressed. The concierge service was excellent. As I stated from the outset, the hotel is lovely and most of the staff went above and beyond to be helpful but spoilt by minor issues which I believe could be simply addressed to ensure every guests stay would be exceptional.

"Great location, apartment had everything you needed . Bed comfortable, double glazing worked great for the Friday night crowds heading to or from the Ruin Bars.
We didn’t get an early check in (it’s a flat rate of 20 euros) which we requested , it’s at the hotel’s discretion, we did get late check out (15 euros an hour).
Breakfast deal with eggscueme!!, was great, it’s a short walk away from the apartments, great selection of food and drinks, set us up for the day."
"The hotel is mostly clean and modern. The staff is very nice. We had an issue with bathroom shower door … which couldn’t be resolved and had to change rooms, twice. The staff tried to accommodate but their suite is not designed for 3 adults, so bedroom has a nice king size bed, but in the living room it’s just a couch (not reclining, so for very short person) and they can bring a rollaway bed which is super uncomfortable. First floor has a nice high calling, 5th floor is like at attic with very low ceiling. Some rooms have steps…. Also curtains had stains. "
"The staff were excellent from the moment we checked in. Very friendly and helpful. The bar and cafe had great food at reasonable prices. The breakfast which was included in our package was excellent with a wide variety of good, fruit, juices and coffees. We would definitely stay here again if / when we have the opportunity."
