This 2022 new build was custom built as an exclusive rental property for the discerning guest. Modern and luxurious furnishings, spa bathrooms, a pool table, and 5- 65inch TVs. The front yard overlooks a neighboring vineyard reminiscent of Tuscany. The setting is ideal for relaxing or entertaining, with a pristine negative edge pool with in-pool loungers, hot tub, swim up bar, cabana and multiple outdoor living areas.
