Excellent hotel. It was a little too far out of the main area of town but Iknew thst when I booked. The Reception staff was excellent:kind and helpful. My main criticism would be the restaurant: the music was SO loud we couldn't hear ourselves tslking. Also, the dtrong smell of cigarette smoke throygh the restaurant was very disappointing.

We loved this hotel and totally recommend it as boutique accommodation close to all attractions. It is in a safe and quiet area with a number of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly

This hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel is only a year old so naturally it’s pristine. FINALLY, a room that has plenty of shelf space in the bathroom to layout all your stuff! A very good breakfast provided. Easy walking distance to the locations you will want to see. Don’t be put off by the state of the road in front … we would stay again for sure, thanks.

This is a superior hotel with spacious rooms, excellent facilities and helpful staff

A beautiful hotel, wide corridors and very nicely appointed fittings both in the rooms and public areas. Close to all attractions and cafes. A very pleasant experience only complaint was staff did not replenish our water or sugar but they were quick to bring to our room. Very pleased to have a late checkout which accommodated our travel immensely

Clean, tidy, good breakfast, helpful staff

Came of a cruise and were booked in to the hilton and then moved to the EPOQUE the next day,this hotel and the staff were the best,had a four room suite and the staff could not have been better,we were from new zealand and they went out of there way to make our stay superb,could not speak highly enough of this hotel,had five weeks in europe in lots of top hotels but this beat them all.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. It has a very supported staff, new facilities, good quality breakfast, nice well equipped bathrooms, clean throughout.

Great staff and location

Typical Holiday Inn standard - very good; pity breakfast not included in room rate. Staff very helpful and very good size room. Quite some way from city centre but tram and Metro within 100m of hotel.

Highly recommended hotel, room was very clean, very spacious compared to other hotels. All staff(from restaurant/kitchen staff up to reception staff ) were very helpful, very pleasant to customers!
