Overal a nice hotel. Modern comfortable rooms. Due to being central, the noise of drunks and screaming and people constantly using the car horn went on past 02:00am. Shower is nice and powerful, however due to having no pressure setting or a head that swivels you end up getting freezing water on you until it warms up. If you try to turn it on from outside the shower the floor starts getting soaked. But overall really comfortable bed and room, good size TV, good amenities. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The public areas were well furnished, staff service was good and clean. Unfortunately the bedroom was not quite as I would have expected. There was a moth problem, carpet moths. The shower curtain was not clean at the bottom and smelt.

Leonardo completely suprised us. Amazing rooms, very good sitting or relaxing zones by reception, bar and the restaurant is brilliant l. Very good service from staff. Totally enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back or Atleast try other Leonardo now that we have loved this one. Brilliant 👌😃

This hotel is in an excellent area and was an ideal base for our one day visit to Milton Keynes. The accommodation was lovely and the staff were so friendly. We would highly recommend to others and would stay here again.

Hotel was ok, bed was slightly uncomfortable with firm pillows. Floor by the side of the bed wasn't hoovered and had toenail clippings. Shower could have been more powerful but it was warm so average. It was an ok experience, wouldn't come back just for the hotel.

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary and my partners birthday. The first night went okay, friendly bar staff and receptionists, that is until it becomes evening time... our second night involved a situation where the police were contacted and we were given advice to ask of the hotel. Mainly for cooperation purposes involving cctv footage. This is where it went south. The “duty manager” of the evening whose name is Ioannis, was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. When asked the information we needed he had no answers, which is sometimes the case as we know. However he had no resolutions also. And when asked simple questions like his name, we were told to “read his badge” This accompanied by his rude mannerisms, eye rolling, huffing and puffing made us feel like we were merely chewing gum on the bottom of his shoes, an inconvenience. After a back and forth about having his name he then called security over to make us seem as some sort of aggressors. Eventually, the next day we were given the information we needed after a 5 minute chat with another staff member. All this information “the duty manager” could have provided us. Overall I’d say don’t even bother staying here unless you want to be treated like you’re a problem or inconvenience. Horrible experience, and ruined our entire weekend.

Lovely location, room was so cold , went to reception about heating and was reset , woke up 7am for work and no heating again and -3 outside, Mentioned again at reception and told economic mode , Will not use again unless summer and no heating required. Room 511 and lovely room except for warmth

A good choice and a great location
The hotel staff were excellent and responded quickly to any requests. The room was comfortable and mostly clean. There were a few areas that could have done with a deep clean. On the whole, the hotel was pleasant, convenient, well appointed and safe. Would stay again.

Overall it’s a great hotel
The hotel is very good and ion a good location. Reasonably priced for location too. However we paid for an Executive room and I’m not sure what we actually paid for as there was nothing executive about it other than it had a fridge and coffee machine The fridge is always good but randomly there were two Kit Kats and Pepsi max/water which is ok but hardly executive ! There were stains and holes on the carpet and the tv was weirdly place in front of the mirror? The lampshade by the bed was broken and hanging off. The bathroom needed updating and there is limited space to put anything other than a couple of glass shelves. The bath is very low due to it being a shower bath and there was no hand soap provided? Overall it was fine but could do with a few extras as our friends had a standard room and was pretty much the same without the additions.
