"The cabin has great spaces - main living room, sitting area loft, and screened porch. It was very well outfitted, and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook a full meal. Lorraine goes the extra mile to make it welcoming and convenient for her guests. The fresh eggs and brownies were very much appreciated! The cabin is very convenient to all of the area attractions, but because of its location on a lovely country road, there is no traffic noise. "

"The beds were very comfortable. The floors had crumbs all along the edge of the base boards- in the entire room. The bathrooms had chipping paint in the bath tub. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes unless we were in bed. The room next to us had hardcore pot smokers even though the rooms are non-smoking. "

"Everything was great! The host was very accommodating with our late arrival and last-minute booking. Very historical building and decor. Only complaint was the bed was not that comfortable, otherwise very nice place to stay."

"Lousy! (1) No internet. (2) No coffee in the room. (3) bathtub was disgusting,,, did not use for that reason. (4) "free breakfast" was pathetic - powdered egges on the weekend with sausage links but only hard boiled eggs ( which I do not eat) on weekdays. My friend was three doors down from me and told me he kllled three cockroaches in his room."

"Room was great - nicely renovated. Lovely lounge / restaurant. Front desk peeps very helpful. BIGGEST DRAWBACK - noise from highway was unreal. We heard every truck shift and racing engine. Literally kept us up and we're not light sleepers. Breakfast didn't start til 7:30, and menu offered small selection. "
