Location was very convenient. We stayed on the 5th floor and the hot water pressure was spotty at best. Rooms were not cleaned often. Overall, a decent stay.

Poorly maintained hotel

The hotel is generally worn down and not maintained. They use plastic sheets of the same type as if you have children who wet the bed; it makes noise when you move and provides extremely poor sleeping comfort since you’re basically lying on a plastic bag. The Wi-Fi was slow, the mattress had been replaced and was about 10 cm too narrow for the actual bed frame. the toilet seat was loose, the left bedside lamp did not work, the showerhead was worn, the air conditioning cooled poorly – overall just a poorly maintained hotel room. We are surprised by the generally good reviews the hotel has received here in the app. It absolutely does not live up to the price or the reviews we had read.

This is a nice enough hotel for the price you pay. 15 min walk to the old town, nice restaurant just next door, free breakfast is basic but enough to sustain. Daily cleaning is minimal, only noticed them fold the bathmat, bin wasn’t emptied and bed not made. In our room the bed sounded like it was breaking every time we moved so sleep was minimal. The worst part is the ‘aircon’ system, you cannot change the temperature and it’s set to 21 degrees as standard!! So you have the option of being far too warm, or opening the balcony doors and having all the street noise and light come in, as well as the worry that any of the adjacent rooms could step over the divide between the balconies and come in.

Hotel rooms in serious need of renovations. Lots of damage all over the room. No heat for the first night. Offered extra blankets by front desk. Open ceiling by bathroom led us to believe the heat was under repair. Kitchen had nothing in it. No dishes etc. we had to ask front desk for basic supplies several times and it was quite a challenge to get even basic items. Location is ok. A few good restaurants near by. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Un grande appartamento ad un prezzo competitivo

Una delle poche strutture con bidè a Bucarest. Personale cordiale ed una delle ragazze parla anche italiano in maniera fluente. Posizione abbastanza centrale ma non centralissima, poco più di 10 minuti di camminata per raggiungere il centro. Qualità/prezzo top ma piccola nota di demerito sull’ascensore: una lentezza esasperante.

Great check-in and check-out experience, big room, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, hot shower and heating working fine, the bathroom had a bidet shower. The room didn't had a microwave or coffee/tea appliances, only a mini fridge with drinks to purchase. Bathroom could have been cleaner and some fixtures and the shower body/tub needed repair/renovation.

+The location was good and not far from the old town, 20 min walk to old town--- +Accommodation was suitable, spacious and clean. The beds were quite solid +Staff very friendly and helpful + There is a 24 hour shop near the hotel -We were in a double room with a nice terrace, but we could not enjoy it. Unfortunately, they had left us only one chair. -Upon our arrival we tried to park down our car, but their underground parking had such a terrible construction that we stuck on something that scratched bad the bottom of our car. I recommend you be careful at the entrance of parking.
