  • Enjoy a modern and comfortable apartment in a new residential building in Floridablanca, Santander, located in front of Clínica FOSCAL and Centro Médico Carlos Ardila Lülle. The apartment is also close to other well-known medical centers and just a few minutes from shopping malls such as Cañaveral, La Florida and Parque Caracolí.

    The apartment has two bedrooms: the main bedroom includes a double bed, an auxiliary bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom and access to a balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed and a sofa. The living-dining area includes a TV, a sofa bed and access to another balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment also has a laundry area with washing machine, water heater and a small study/workspace.
