Bien, pero...

La atención del personal muy buena, la habitación cómoda, un pequeño problema fue que la oferta que conseguimos por internet le era desconocida al personal del hotel y querían cobrar el precio habitual pero tras mostrar el correo electrónico de la reserva, cobraron el precio de la oferta. El problema principal fue el taxi de la terminal de buses de Bucaramanga que nos dejó en una dirección equivocada, de noche y sin gente en las calles, pésimo ese taxista, luego de estar en la calle un rato nos costo encontrar el hotel pues han cambiado la decoración de la fachada, sin las banderas y sin el cartel, casi no lo vemos, afortunadamente no pasó nada y lo encontramos tras 20 minutos.

El agua es fría, y cuando hice la reserva no era claro que la Habitación era con ventilador, si se quería con aire acondicionado debería pagarse un adicional. La atención es muy buena y el desayuno es delicioso (no incluido)
