"The property is not as advertised!!!!! It is run down, the pool is in disrepair and unusable, and the room is not worth the price paid!!! I can see through to the outside through both the front door and patio door. There is a pail of cigarette butts sitting on our patio. Every chair for outside sitting is either broken, peeling paint, or in disrepair. The room has one lamp and so half the room is dark. There are holes in the walls. The ceiling over the bed is sagging and stained. The list...

"Perfect place for our family’s adventures in Bryson City! The house has everything you could need and the host was wonderful about reaching out with restaurant suggestions and places to visit while we were in town. We loved our time here! Quick note: the driveway getting to the house is made of gravel and steep. We were a little nervous the first time doing it, but once we got it it wasn’t a big deal."
