"The hotel has excellent facilities and offers a range of activity's, sadly these are not available until April. The restaurant was fine and service was great."

"Great hotel with professional and courteous front desk staff. Though decor was a bit dark and traditional for my taste, really large and well appointed room with comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast and breakfast area well staffed. The area is a light on dining options but close to Bryce entrance. I would stay here again if in the area. "

"Room was clean. Road was horrible. Snow was not shoveled, black ice in front of the office. Property was unkept. Ice was underneath snow everywhere. My husband fell, hit his head on the black ice and had concussion. There was no snow on the main road just the road leading to the property."

"Amazing property. The rooms are sensational and some have fire pits so you can roast your own complimentary S’mores. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on since the Four Season in Sydney. Highly recommended. "
