If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

A fantastic spot for our family gathering. Perfect for skiing with two mud rooms for all the ski gear. The house was immaculate and a great layout for a large group. Close to Mt Abram and Sunday River the location was perfect. The house is brand new and the hosts were ultra responsive for any requests. Thoroughly recommend for anyone considering staying in the area.
