"Instructions sent for location were overly complicated then upon arrival. host came out to the driveway and literally yelled at me about not following them to her specifications- again giving way too much detail without pausing. Later I contacted her through the app with a question and never got a response. Many type written signs in room & bathhouse- more snippy than necessary but guests clearly got the messages . The location however was beautiful; sunset & sunrise both picture perfect. ...

"Very clean room with many in room amenities. Close to downtown Burt lake and Mullet lake. Restaurants and bars are available and close to the bridge and casinos. The tucked away location quiets the nearby highway. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very nice and clean. Shower pressure was great, beds were comfortable. Thankfully we brought hangers with us cause there weren’t any in the room. For two evenings we had issues with the AC unit but the owners of the place discounted our room for those nights then moved us into another room. Overall our stay was great and very good customer service. Thank you Jax and Leslie"

"Lovely home with many amenities. Dog friendly with a fenced in yard. A short drive to Nubs Nob and petoskey. Located on a busier road but the house is set back so you can’t hear the road traffic. "
