Les photos sont belles mais ne reflètent pas que c'est un vieil appartement mal isolé et mal entretenu à l'exception de la cuisine récente.On ne peut pas utiliser de papier toilette dans un WC (sur deux) donc il n'y a qu'un WC fonctionnel.La douche ne fournit pas d'eau froide (l'autre salle de bain a de l'eau froide).Il y a très peu de vaisselle disponible, exactement 4 verres, pas de bol, pas de tasse, donc le lave-vaisselle tourne tous les jours.La conduite de la VMC de l'immeuble passe dans l'appartement donc il y a un bruit de soufflerie et vibration constant.En cas de météo chaude, l'appartement, est un four: vieille baie vitrée sans store fonctionnel.La douchette de l’évier ne fonctionne pas.2 matelas sont tachés.La chambre canapé lit est en fait un canapé en simili cuir sur lequel on ne peut pas dormir car il n'y a pas de matelas ni drap.Les évacuations de la baignoire et lavabo sont pratiquement bouchées, l'eau s’évacue très mal.C'est cher payé pour le peu de qualité.
