Great hotel in a good location- close to Ixelles, tram stop, and 30 min walk to Grand Plac. Bed was very comfy, breakfast was excellent, and there's a nice vibe in the hotel reception area with comfy seats and music.

The room they gave me was full of stains, used razors inside the safe, and I was discussed. I asked to switch the room and the other one was a little better on dirtiness but smelled like cigarettes- someone smoked there. I was frustrated and disappointed.
