I stayed there for 3 nights and no hot water , no fridge, no microwave and the house keeping wasn’t that good. I will not recommend this place for anyone!!!!!

Bad experiences were with the carpet condition/ cleanliness on the common floors and with the front desk staff. While the experience with the front desk could have been better, the Cafeteria staff was friendly though. Had a problem with the car parking. The breakfast experience was the best.

The hotel and surroundings needs a refresh. Parking cost is too high for an uncovered lot. There was any free water bottle in the room.

Spend the but extra and stay literally anywhere else. To start off, we did use an Expedia deal and some Expedia points on this booking so perhaps that could explain part of our experience. The room was a disaster. In terms of cleanliness there was none - half of the towels were dirty, there was garbage along a ledge in the room from a past guest, mold all over the ceiling, dust everywhere and the toilet wasn't clean. In terms of upkeep - the bed was noticeably sagging towards the middle (think elevated feet), the hand soap was only in the shower (near the sink was a container of watered down body wash?), the TV didn't work, and the shower didn't drain. Added on top of all that the window had been left open so there were some bug friends already in the room when we entered. To be fair, we were exhausted so we did not say anything to the staff (they didn't ask about our stay either), we just wanted to get some sleep and get the heck out of there. We do have to give credit to the staff, which were very helpful and friendly at check in, and despite having low expectations for the food, we did enjoy our drinks and (overpriced) pizzas. That said, I wish I had read the reviews and spent a bit more to stay somewhere else!

It is very nice and clean. Room looked better than I expected. I think their main photo on the listing doesn't do them justice. I was expecting something bit run down and it really isn't. It's quite modern and stylish. Food options were quite limited, especially for vegetarians.

Stayed at several hotels in the Airport area and this is not one we may come to again. Firstly when we entered the room the room smelt of a very old aftershave and took ages to clear. Rooms very small, glad we did not have a large suitcase. Breakfast was continental and no hot options so for 20.00 Euro which seems very expensive compared to the Novotel which is cheaper aand had hot options. evening food was okay bit not much choice

Decreasing standard :/
When I arrived, the receptionists were discussing issues with rooms. They didnt understood I spoke French and were debatting on making a specific room available or not, one was pro and one was fully against. I dont know what could have been the issue with that room (had a doubt if it was the cleaning). Just happy I ended up with a different number. My door card stopped working twice, once in the evening, once the next morning (hence 50% of the time since I stayed one night didnt go much out) The morning after, before to leave my room, I checked under the bed if I didnt forget anything, and there was a shoe just there, on the very edge under the bed sheet. If the cleaning staff had vacuumed, they wouldnt have been able to miss it. I wonder if I can trust that clenaing is properly done to be frank.

I spent my first night at PentaHotel Belgium. It was a pretty nice hotel actually. Comfy beds, quiet. Rooms are smaller but has 2 twin beds. Nice bathroom. Nice decor. I was overall impressed with this hotel. Great bar, great drinks, I met and talked to many interesting people at the bar. Would stay there again.

For the money, this was a good hotel. Only thing was no hotel shuttle. Public transportation. Bus 272. Finally figured out where to bus bus ticket.

I was very pleased with my stay at pentahotel Brussels but this hotel really messed things up. 1) at 9:45PM my fiancé and I tried to play pool and got denied after someone else just played again. The reasoning was that pilots were staying on the first floor 2) requested a wake up call, never got one 3) arrived downstairs for our promised taxi, taxi wasn’t there. Looked for a front desk attendant, nobody there 4) checking out, not a possibility here?

Not the best experience
Had some issues with this hotel, from a lack of general cleanliness and hygiene to basic maintenance. The biggest drawback however was the complete lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything from personal business in adjacent rooms to hall noise to people talking on their phones in the car park (I could even hear noise from the billiards table while in my room). Also, note that there is no shuttle service to the airport and a taxi will cost you around €22.50. All in all, not worth it.

Very disappointed
I was super disappointed because I booked for myself, wife and my 8 year old son, there was no extra bed and he had to sleep with us. There is no extra bed in this hotel, children sleep with parents. The cleanliness also disappointed me a lot, dirty mirrors, bad smelling bathroom, dirty carpet, I do not recommend this Pentahotel Airport in Belgium.Breakfast ended things up and they didn't replenish it. I felt like I was in a 1 star hotel not 3 as they put it on the website.

OK stay for a business trip
Nice hotel near Brussels airport. Decoration is quite modern but installations seem old. Likewise, rooms are not lacking any basic necessities and are clean, but are not roomy at all. Breakfast buffet is quite good and varied; restaurant for dinner not high quality though. Fitness installations are welcome but do not have a lot of machines. Biggest drawback is that while it's located near the airport there are no ammenities/bars/shops nearby at all. Overall, OK stay for a business trip.
