Amazing Stay!

Beautiful apartment is in a great location, close to the metro and only an easy 20 min train to the Christmas Markets. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful place!

We loved everything about this apartment and the location. Lots of space for 3 adults and close to amenities. The park across the street is beautiful and Jolanda is a wonderful host ❤️

Great apartment with fantastic hosts

We stayed in the apartment for a month and loved it and the neighborhood, which was convenient to everything but not touristy. The hosts, who live just upstairs, could not be more helpful. We even invited them to "our place" for wine and a chat. The photos are accurate and the space is even bigger than it looks.

Parc Elizabeth Area Brussels Apartment

Very nicely appointed apartment conveniently located in Brussels near transportation hubs, restaurants and grocery stores within easy distance by walking or car. Parking is a bit different but with a little experience it’s easy to navigate. The Park is just across the street and is a very relaxing walk through and ends at the Basilica. The neighborhood is quiet and our host Jolanda was a real pleasure to meet and interact with. If we go back to Brussels, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood and a lovely host

Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The "how to" book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly.

Brussels

Yolanda and Simone were great to work with. Yolanda was very responsive and helped us out a lot. The apartment is beautiful and large; the pictures were very accurate. There is a washer in the apartment, but no dryer; however, Yolanda offered to dry our clothes in her own apartment. The apartment is located right next to a beautiful and very large park, but is a bit far from the city center. It is about a 7 minute walk to the main train station.

Great location, park in front of the property, east access to the Metro, and neighborhood restaurants and shops. The apartment is great for family vacations with so many accommodating features. Attentive owner who was very helpful and recommended great places to eat. Definitely a wonderful apartment.

Beautiful park side apartment

A beautifully decorated apartment with nice amenities. The location is great with a lovely park that runs the length of the street. The metro is just a 5 minute walk and then about 15 minutes to Brussels city center. There’s a great patisserie on the opposite side of the park. And also some very nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot right outside of the City Center

This was an amazing place to stay. The metro is so close it gives you the best of both worlds. Our host was so sweet they even gave great food, pastry, and sites to see recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Très bel emplacement pour découvrir Brussels …

Très belle chambre et 2 espaces de couchages bien distincts dans la salle principale (immense !). Literie très confortable y compris dans les canapés lits. Cuisine toute équipée. Parking couvert à proximité immédiate pour abandonner la voiture et circuler à métro où nous.

Our First Winter Trip to Europe

Our host was very gracious and attentive. Very nice and modern accommodations. Roll-out couch was very firm and comfy. Quiet flat. Easy check-in and checkout. Though the winter temps outside were below 3C, the heating available in the flat was exceptional. Public transportation was very convenient. Godiva outlet in walking distance. We had a rental car and host worked with us to avoid parking tickets. Waterloo was 30 mins away. Int; airport was 25 mins away. We'd like to stay another time and revisit Brussels in a warmer season!

Chocolate Heaven

What a fabulous apartment! I have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never found one so well furnished with the largest shower yet! This was a home away from home! The location is wonderful with bus service right out the front door and Metro service just a couple blocks away. I never minded walking to the Metro station because it gave me the chance to walk by, and maybe shop at, the Godiva outlet store. Be sure to have room in your suitcase for a visit there. :-) Just a couple blocks in the other direction is a great street market with general merchandise as well as baked goods, meat, cheese and beautiful produce. We only had the opportunity to visit with our host, Yolanda on the first night. What a shame...she is a lovely, charming host that shared loads of suggestions and insights with us. I will absolutely check the availability of this apartment on my next visit to Brussels.

Lovely apartment, great location and host.

Very clean, fresh and comfortable apartment with everything we needed and so close to the metro and bus/tram stops. We particularly enjoyed looking out on the lovely park and walking across it to a fabulous bakery, butchery, French restaurant, cafes and local shops. Très bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à trois (parents avec jeune ado) dans ce très bel appartement au RDC d'une belle maison de maître. C'est un très vaste appartement agréablement décoré et aménagé, très propre. Il n'y a en effet qu'une seule "vraie" chambre mais il y a bien trois espaces couchage. La cuisine est bien équipée. La cour est très mignonne et totalement réservée à l'appartement. Les propriétaires habitent les étages supérieurs. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Yolanda qui est vraiment très sympathique et arrangeante. Nous avons aperçu son mari qui est également très gentil. Yolanda nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du stationnement à Bruxelles et conseillé sur les restaurants et coins à voir. Nous avons apprécié d'être proche d'un grand parc et de pouvoir faire pas mal de choses à pied. L'arrêt de bus est à quelques mètres dans la rue et le métro est à moins de cinq minutes à pied. En moins de vingt minutes, on accède au centre de Bruxelles (3 arrêts de métro). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le départ s'est aussi bien passé que l'arrivée. Nous remercions Yolanda pour son accueil.
