This is a great spot, they have updated the rooms and they’re extremely nice. We loved that we had a free shuttle to the airport as well, made our stay and travel very easy.

Good stay for short duration

The stay is good. Commute facility to other parts of city is so good There is one good Indian food point close to the hotel with reasonable price. We had some issues with the air conditioning but it’s manageble

Good location for our needs. Room was clean and tidy. Top tip, drinks at the bar wre twice the price of the bar opposite the hotel on the corner.

Perfect from start to finish

Arrived early about 11am as the weather wasn't great,wanted to just park the car and head into the city,and before you knew it we was allowed to check into our room and everything else was perfect, the lady I think it was Catrina or something like that couldn't be more helpful

Perfect if you want to enjoy the city center and want to be close to the airport per free hotel shuttle, for an early flight the next day! The bus 66 (from Brussels central area) stops across the street. Free shuttle to the airport. 2 twin beds option. Hot water for tea/coffee in the room. Clean.

Recommend pleasant hotel

Was staying over only to get flight at BRU the next day. I chose this hotel for its good price and airport shuttle. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, staff very professional and pleasant. Only disappointment was that I was informed that the day I was to go to the airport was a bank holiday, so the shuttle would not run. Would have chosen a hotel closer to the airport had I known in advance. Still would recommend the hotel.

Not worth it. No shuttle on weekends

No shuttle on weekends. This is a big disappointment, and make no sense because, when do people travel the most? The weekend, so why would a hotels not offer the shuttle on the weekends. The only reason I got this hotels was for the shuttle. The area is ok. The room had hairs on the bed when I arrived.

Overall it was ok. Further from the airport than expected. Airport shuttle was not available when we arrived . They reimbursed cab fare. However, the following morning we had to pay for a cab Euro 30 to get to airport as they only operate free shuttle during the week. I did not see that in the reservation.

I would have rated five stars, until I found out That on weekends they do not offer complimentary Airport pickup like they do during the week. As a traveler I want convenience. I want to fly into a city, go right to the hotel, the next day easy trip back to the airport. Some hotels can offer free service for transport, others can't. I base my choice of hotels on quality and price. So this Hotel ended up costing me an extra $27 for a taxi to the airport on Saturday morning which was unexpected, and disappointing. So if I knew I was going to end up paying more I would have just booked another hotel for more money that may have been even better and would have included both ways complimentary airport shuttle.
