This property was confusing as I booked on VRBO but then all communication and final payment was yourrentals. I haven’t ran into this before and it was several emails while on vacation to get a link that worked so I could pay the balance. Check in was also confusing as upon entry into the building none of the doors are marked. The unit was much larger than I expected and that was positive. Negative the garbage is dumped on the first landing the first night the apartment smelt like the garbage coming up from the hallway. I did complain and was impressed that this was fixed quickly but noticed the next day someone once again dumped garbage on the first landing. There should be contained bins or something to contain this smell. The apartment could use some small upgrades that would make the stay substantially more comfortable. The pillows for beds need to be standard size and not the small travel size. Bedrooms need table on each side and something to hang clothes. The bathroom needs hooks to hand towels to dry. Laundry room could use a drying rack to hang laundry.
