This hotel is nice and quiet place. Very comfortable bed. But in the bathroom the flow of the water is miserable, you can't just take a nice hot shower at the end of the day. But still I think it's a nice place.

Courtyard by Marriott Brussels
While booking with Expedia I was not aware of the offers with this hotel. I arrived to a new country having to pay more out of pocket. This made a very unhappy trip as this was money I did not have. This trip cost me over 300 dollars out of pocket. This was unacceptable.

Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure

Warwick Grand-Place Brussels
No bathroom slippers and no robes. It would be perfect to have. The staff is very kind and helpful to provide us a heater. Great location!

Incredible friendly staff, they let us into the room in the morning, so we did not have to wait for the regular check in time. They also helped us with guidance to the places around.
