One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. Courtyard Marriott Fort Smith Downtown
Things looked really rundown, and there were no towels available because the pool towels weren’t being taken out of the rooms. Rooms weren’t being cleaned properly a lot more expensive than we thought since we thought we were getting the breakfast included it was not.

This cabin was everything we expected and more. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Beautiful Cabin with View of Private Lake, Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Outdoor Swings!
We had a great time and loved everything about this property! Very clean, stocked well with anything you might forget, hot tub was perfect, loved the views, and the pond! Games were great to have too! Looking forward to returning sometime in the future!
