Breath taking water views with huge lani

Beautiful waterfront condo overlooking the marina and ocean inlet as you enter St Simons Island. The eclectic casual decor, with serene relaxing colors, allows you to escape the stress of everyday life. There is a large covered lanai off the living area and master bedroom which overlooks the river, ocean and marsh. It offers beautiful sunset and sunrise views. This is perfect for the vacationer who enjoys relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while being overtaken by the beauty of their surroundings. The adjoining marina has a casual/fine dining restaurant serving lunch and dinner with outdoor seating overlooking the water. Many activities are available at the neighboring marina including boat rentals as well as a scuba diving school. If you are looking for a day at the beach, east beach which is our favorite beach on St Simons Island, is a short 2.5 mile drive. There is a bike trail which extends from the southend of the island to the northend with bike rentals available in the downtown village on the island which is only 2 miles down the road. Kayak rentals and tours are also available in the village.

Begin your days or end your evenings with live entertainment at St Simons local coffee and pastry shops. Live entertainment is easily found throughout the island from local bands to Jazz in the Park. Bring your picnic basket with wine and cheese the third Sunday of the summer months and relax oceanside to music at Jazz in the Park at the Lighthouse on St Simons Island. There are many excellent casual and fine dining restaurants nearby (Advanced reservations are suggested at many of the fine dining restaurants). Be sure not to miss the crab cakes (or anything else on the menu) at Barbara Jeans in the local village. Get away from it all and relax in luxury.

Great place to retreat with greats eats on site!

We really enjoyed our stay as we needed a relaxing place for this trip for a funeral. the living room was great for additional family to come and visit with us or to watch the grandkids while their parents got a break. Great views from the large balcony.

The spacious condo is in a great location and the views from the lanai are excellent! The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions.

Lovely location

This is such a nice spot. It's quiet, convenient, and comfortable, and the back lanai is so nice. My young daughter was ecstatic to watch all the herons, egrets, and spoonbills. Bring your binoculars!

Great Get-away

3 senior sibling couples had a great time during pur stay in St. Simons. Everyone enjoyed having their personal space and great gathering space. The lanai was our favorite morning and evening. The layout was perfect for us. Lovely unit.

Wonderful Place

We came back for another wedding at Sea Island this year and this time I searched for a place with a nice view. I'm glad I found this on VRBO. This condo was perfect. Great water views, wonderful lanai to enjoy the nice breeze, quality furnishings, and good value. Our host was very attentive and considerate.

Beautiful accommodations in a peaceful location

We loved everything about this condo. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and well stocked! We celebrated our 20th annual girls trip and this was the perfect spot. The weather was cloudy and rainy but, as 3 busy moms to young kids, we embraced the peace and quiet and beautiful views. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Amazing Lanai

The lanai was by far the biggest patio of any condo we have ever stayed at, and the view from it was incredible from the boats to our left to the ocean on the right. It was super relaxing out there. The interior was well appointed too. First class. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Great weekend!

Stayed with friends over Labor Day. This is my 2nd time staying here and it was amazing again. Can’t beat the views from the terrace. The condo furnishings are very nice and has everything you need. We stayed with 2 other couples and the condo feels very spacious. The host is very quick to respond.Thanks again for a great mini vacation. Hope to be back soon!

Stunning View

This is a beautiful spacious condo, very nicely decorated with everything you could want or need. The kitchen was furnished very well. The view from the living room and balcony is just beautiful. It is less than a 5 minute drive to get to the village area. Wonderful restaurants nearby and the owner has left a book with very good recommendations. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Exactly as Pictured. PARADISE!

There aren’t enough good words to describe this condo. The location is perfect for visiting both St. Simon’s and Jekyll Island. The pictures don’t even do this place justice. Beautiful views through every window and off the lanai. Watched dolphins in the waters and amazing different birds in the marshes. It’s a must stay if you are interested in this area.

Three 80 year old grandmas on R&R. The condo met our expectations and then some. The pictures on the Vrbo site are true. We were pleased with the host’s quick response to any question we had. The location was quite accessible to island shopping, sights, and dining. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and views of the water and variety of birds. The Coastal Kitchen just next door provides excellent meals.

Perfectly Wonderful!

This was a perfect spot for us to stay for our trip to St Simons and Jekyll Islands. It was beautifully appointed and in top notch condition, and in a great location. We loved the covered lanai with the view of the Marina, and we also loved dinner at the Marina! We'd made many dinner reservations at great spots, and fortunately ended up with our last night at the Marina for what was our best meal! The owner provided a great informational folder, plus responded by text with answers to a couple other questions we had. We would absolutely stay here for future visits and heartily recommend it to others!

Enchanting Waterfront Escape on St. Simons Island - 5/5 Stars

My recent stay at this beautiful waterfront condo on St. Simons Island was an absolute dream. The moment I stepped in, the stunning views of the marina and ocean inlet were captivating. The decor, with its calming colors, created a tranquil haven, perfect for unwinding. The covered lanai, overlooking the river, ocean, and marsh, was my personal oasis, offering mesmerizing sunrise and sunset views. It was ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine, immersed in the scenic beauty. Adjacent to the condo, the marina with its fine dining restaurant enhanced the experience, providing delightful meals with spectacular water views. Activities like boat rentals and scuba diving added adventure to my stay. A short drive to East Beach, my favorite on the island, was convenient. The island's bike trails and kayak rentals offered fun exploration opportunities. Evening entertainment, from local bands to Jazz in the Park, brought lively energy to my nights. Nearby dining was superb, especially the crab cakes at Barbara Jean's in the village. Every meal was a culinary delight. In summary, this condo is a paradise for relaxation and enjoyment. Its combination of luxury, natural beauty, and island charm makes it an unforgettable destination. I highly recommend it for a serene and exhilarating vacation.
