We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse, about 15 minutes away. We had to stay there and pay an extra €50 because we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation. The whole situation was totally inconvenient. I’m just disappointed that nobody notified us that the hotel would not be open that day

Camera moderna e con arredi nuovi. Le dimensioni sono ridotte per cui soggiorno consigliato per una notte, di passaggio. Manca asciugacapelli (segnalato invece nelle dotazioni della camera) e un armadio. Colazione buona.
