"This property is the perfect get away to beautiful Costa Rica. The location of the hotel and the views are amazing. The staff were tremendously helpful, courteous and a joy to be around. "We absolutely loved this place. Vayu Retreat is a very charming and quiet mini hotel with only 4 beautiful rooms, a great infinity pool, spacious terrasses to relax and a nice restaurant. "We enjoyed an excellent stay at Hotel Evasion. Located in a beautiful rainforest setting, our room was clean, modern and comfortable and overlooked a lovely swimming pool which we used daily during our stay. The hotel itself is within easy reach of Ojochal, Uvita, Sierpe and nearby beaches. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff and facility were both fantastic. They exceeded all of are needs and desires. From our greeting when we arrived to our farewell actually out front. Both Francisco and Michelle came out to bid us a farewell. Francisco even assisted us in the parking which was somewhat tight spaces. Also we really enjoyed the food.both dinner and breakfast were delicious and attractively prepared. It was just a wonderful experience for our group of four"

"The home is just beautiful, exactly as pictured and we had a wonderful time. The concierge met us at the home to help us settle in, provided us with immigration letters and great recommendations for activities and a fantastic chef /caterer that we scheduled to prepare us dinner for our wedding anniversary. It was magical.The location was more difficult to get to than we had anticipated, it was over a mile off road and even with a 4x4, it was nerve racking driving up the hill especially in the dark after the few times we went out for dinner. An ATV would have been a better option but we had traveled from San Jose so we could stay at other locations during our trip. However just down the hill from the house was a spectacular waterfall. One other thing we weren’t expecting but were told upon arrival is the likelihood of losing power which happened a few times, however the home has solar panels so a lot of things like lights, fridge etc are still working fine. Lots of easy day excursions and beach options. Would highly recommend to anyone. "

"My stay at this jungle resort in Costa Rica was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the lush surroundings, the peaceful atmosphere, and the incredible hospitality. The resort is beautifully tucked into nature, allowing you to truly disconnect and soak in the beauty of the jungle.
A special shoutout to Dan, the owner, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with great local tips and stories. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending hidden gems nearby, or just checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, Dan’s warmth and dedication made a real difference.
