"I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. I will be applying for a full refund as this is not acceptable. The alternative accommodation I found was brilliant and it should be people like...

"Nuitée très agréable. La yourte est magnifique , très joliment meublée avec un bel extérieur. Le coin jeux est très appréciable lorsque l'on vient avec des enfants. Il ne manque rien pour passer de bons moments, que se soit dans la yourte, dans le bloc sanitaire ou à l'extérieur. Bon accueil, une hôte à l'écoute de ses clients et petit déjeuner copieux.
