The rooms are spacious each with their own en-suite facilities, the beds were modern and super comfortable. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht richtig warm bekommen, haben wir aber auch wenig genutzt. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr guten Matratzen und die sehr nette Verwalterin. "Schnelles Antworten und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermietung mit guter Unterstützung bei allen Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Kleine Probleme konnten direkt gelöst werden. "

"Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Wald. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Der Kaminofen ist, abgesehen vom Badheizkörper, die einzige Möglichkeit zu heizen...sehr gemütlich, aber morgens kalt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder."

"Eine herrliche Oase für die ganze Familie fanden wir in diesem von außen doch eher unscheinbaren Haus. Im Haus gab es alles, was man benötigt, es ist liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Kinder und die Eltern fühlten sich gleich wie zu Hause."

"Chosen for its location, the hotel did not disappoint. Seemed popular amongst the older generation as a holiday base, offering half-board at a good standard and included drinks with dinner. My junior suite was enormous but no air-con, although there were plenty of windows, which opened fully. Not much to do in the locality and the exterior could do with a facelift. Good wi-fi speed. My only real gripe was the very thin curtains, which did little to block the early morning light. "

"Das Hotel wirbt mit Spa, Schwimmbad und drei Saunen – in Wahrheit war nur eine Sauna nutzbar. Die anderen waren außer Betrieb, ohne jeglichen Hinweis vorab. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse eine Frechheit. Die Nutzung von Saunatüchern kostet 5 € extra – in einem Spa-Hotel völlig unverständlich und kleinlich. Das Personal war durchgehend unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt von jeder Frage. Antworten lauteten regelmäßig: „Keine Ahnung“ oder „Google es“. „Wie kommen wir nach Thale?“ – „Keine Ahnung.“ „Haben Sie eine Taxi-Nummer?“ – „Nein, googeln Sie.“ „Können wir unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout kurz hier lassen?“ – „Wir haben keinen Platz. Stell die Sachen einfach neben die Eingangstür.“ – Drin, aber ungesichert und für jeden zugänglich da Personal nicht immer am Tresen sitzt. Unglaublich! Der einzige Lichtblick war das Frühstück – das war gut. Aber selbst das kann diesen Aufenthalt nicht retten. Fazit: Nie wieder. Finger weg. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen"
