"Beautiful property in a secluded setting on a working ranch. As a surprise bonus, the owner supplied us with a dozen fresh eggs from their free range chickens. Yummy! The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, and there were plenty of big, thick, thirsty towels. Hubs forgot his charger, and the owner went above and beyond to mail it to us! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!"

"A few us went West for opening day and rented this house. Buffalo Gap was a pleasant surprise with good restaurants , bars and a lot of charm. The house was clean , everything worked as it should and we had zero complaints. "

"It was the right size for our family gathering. I would say it was built in the 1960s, so it has some age on it. We all enjoyed the spacious living room, nice-sized kitchen and 2 full baths and a half bath. We had to clean the outdoor areas. Very dirty. The frig door was full of used itemd. Pots and pans old, grungy and unusable."

"Home was fine for fishing trip.A/C worked well and it was very hot. Location was about a 15 minute drive to the dam to launch. The Wild Duck was fairly close and had good food and friendly waitstaff. "

"If you are coming to Brownwood, this is an excellent place to stay! It is clean and bug free. Moonyeen and Don were absolutely wonderful to work with. They responded quickly to every request or question we had. They were both so kind and helpful. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. The house is nice and affordable. It’s conveniently located, which made it easy to get to town and back. The dock is incredible and Don and Moonyeen let us use the canoe as well! This was a...
