Vista Verde 102, Cozy Condo in Brownsville

  • Brownsville Country Club, Vista Verde Condominiums. Across the street from BCC Golf Course, and walking distance to Sunrise Mall, this condo is really close to the true commercial heart in Brownsville.
    It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Three Roku TVs and a very comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private, recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two beds, one Queen size and one twin size. Both bedrooms have LED lighted new ceiling fans with remote control.
    The unit also has a 2 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage. You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)
