lots of parking; room is clean; A/C works well; ice available; no coffee is disappointing...can walk to gas station store although there is no sidewalk and traffic is speeding off the highway so walking on the street is dangerous. best price in town for a safe, clean, roomy hotel room.

Awesome place exceptional staff.

Awesome service super helpful staff extremely clean . They are Stern with the rules to keep guests and there property safe.The place has been remodeled since the photos online so the pictures on your site do it no justice. Very reasonable on the price . Awesome place super staff keep up the work.

My stay met my minimum needs of: 1) safety for myself and my motorcycle; 2) overall quiet within the motel and outside surrounding area; and 3) working A/C, TV, and shower. I liked how soap and shampoo dispensers were installed above the bathroom sink and in the shower vs. having those tiny packaged soaps and shampoos. My room and beds were clean with no live bugs anywhere. The one thing I disliked was no vending machine -- all the front desk offered was bottled water for $1/each. They said it was because a Circle K gas station opened up across the street, which didn't make sense to me. All that considered, I would stay here again (and BYOD--Bring Your Own Drinks).

San Benito is close to everything and offers truck parking. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is generally nice but sometimes do not speak English.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the lady at the counter which I think may be the owner was VERY pleasant and amicable. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was small but very pretty and clean. Next time I do business in this area I’m most certainly staying here again. Thank you to the staff Martin R. I will get straight to the point on this review the staff was very accommodating in providing us another room when we reported a plumbing issue water shooting out of the back side of the shower head and wall damage that was present, as well as tile damage on the floor which was a safety hazard for cutting feet but promptly put us to another room. The property pool had no skimmer to use had mounds of debris at the bottom and floating on top of the water so we could not swim. At night crickets are either in the soffits or addicts and they're very loud so all you hear is crickets chirping in your room. Other than that was a room and a place to sleep or try to sleep

This is one of the only places around with big truck parking. Staff is excellent, rooms are large.
