"Kind of a rundown place in a not so great location."

"I had a fantastic stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Ellis! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with directions or local tips. I especially appreciated the convenient location, close to local attractions and easy access to highways. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, offering a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Ellis!"

"Easily the most comfortable, clean and well put together VRBO I've stayed in even close to this price range in Hays. A very solid remodel, not cheap, felt more like home than most. Very usable, good sized kitchen and loved the living room sectional. Dining room table and large bedrooms and comfortable beds. We will be back!"

We ended up sleeping downstairs on the reclining sofa because neither of us felt like going down the stairs at night would be safe (we are in our late 60s). No fault of the host at all but some people might appreciate knowing this. "
