"This hotel and staff are beyond top notch! We arrived exhausted from a 15 hour drive unexpectedly for our father's funeral. We were greeted warmly by Carolyn who was amazing and beyond sympathetic! Felicia was also an unbelievable help during our stay! Offers of free breakfast on the morning of my dad's funeral was a great comfort and the chef Hanang, who above being amazing in the kitchen was warm, and offered to make anything we wanted including whatever my son desired! Our server Zsane a.k.a Bahama Mamma made us laugh and was beyond attentive to us!! After the funeral we arrived back with some friends. We sat in the bar and the restaurant staff came out and handled everyone's drinks and food orders with grace and speed, it was overwhelming as we didn't anticipate having 20 people come to the hotel but it was beyond an amazing experience! This hotel is top tier and would not stay anywhere else when we return! The staff (too many to mention all) made a very sad time bearable and comfortable!"

"The young lady that assisted me at check in was very pleasant and provided a quick and easy check in. The hotel was well kept outside and in. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again, if in the area. "

"This property was perfect for me & my sisters to spend time together. Lovely pool & spa, quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants. This was my first experience with booking with VRBO & I had lots of questions. The host was quick to respond & very helpful. My only suggestion is for them to leave a more detailed instructions regarding using the spa & update instructions on fridge (ie fridge states take food out, set temp to 75. Email instructions state take food out and set to 75). Overall would absolutely recommend & stay again! "
