"Excellent service , Marianne and Rafika ( sorry for any mispelling ) were so helpful and friendly , Akram provided amazing room service , breakfast was superb ...room with full window view overlooking the bay was a draam ....fully recommend this place ...will sure come back!

- Splashing fun and mountain views at this upscale Beit Mery retreat with both adult and children's pools for a perfect family getaway.
"It sits in a very nice area of the mountains of Lebanon, very quite, the view is unbelievably gorgeous. We happened to have a very hot humid front during our stay, but I expect it to be great in good weather. The staff are very nice, cooperative and friendly .
The morning breakfast was about average. The pool was great.
The Wi-Fi is bad, I could not depend on it through out the duration of my stay.
The facility needs a face lift.
We were upgraded to a nice wide clean comfortable spacious room...

"Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near to restaurants and shopping area. We were lucky to have a beautiful view with a large balcony in front of the beach and freeway.
The hotel breakfast was continental and we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are vey happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back."
