"Our room was up 2 flights stairs, no lift, not good, not explained there was no lift. Both have walking difficulties. No offer of assistance with luggage. All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Food average. Parking good. Nice town to visit; Broughty Ferry. Overall happy stay."
